Article 6 of the Interpretation (II) stipulates that if one spouse, without the consent of the other, uses community property to tip on a livestream platform, and the amount significantly exceeds the family's general consumption level, seriously damaging the interests of community property, it can be recognized as "profligacy" as provided in Articles 1066 and 1092 of the Civil Code. If the other spouse requests division of community property during the marriage, or requests a reduced or no share for the tipping party upon divorce division, the court shall support it.
