The typical cases respond to hot issues reported by the public from aspects such as resolutely denying obtaining property by marriage, regulating matchmaking agencies charging high service fees through false advertising, and accurately applying the rules for returning betrothal gifts. In the case "Zhao v. Sun Divorce Dispute", the court determined that Sun had multiple "flash marriages" in a short period, received high betrothal gifts, and had no genuine intention of cohabitation, constituting obtaining property by marriage, and ordered the return of all betrothal gifts.
